[Japan] 京都,東山區,祇をん う桶や「う」 (Gionuokeyau)

三點半吃完葫蘆親子丼後,由於天雨,基本上就沒行程了,由於昨天在祢ざめ家吃到了好吃的鰻魚飯,決定去祇園逛逛,嘗試看能不能吃到祇をん う桶や「う」這間,曾經拿到米其林一星的鰻魚飯;我剛好準時在下午五點,它剛開門時抵達。
Since I have the Oyakodon at Hisago really early, before 3:30 PM, and I had very delicious Unadon at Nezameya yesterday, I decide to try if I can have the chance to eat Unadon at Gionuokeyau. I take a walk at Gion and arrive Gionuokeyau at 5 o'clock when it's opened. 




侍者跟我說,由於今晚的位子已經全部都被預約了,如果我能在六點前結帳離開,我才能進入用餐,雖然兩小時前我也用過晚餐,已經又逛了一個多小時,相信應該是可以的!
The waitress tells me that all the tables are reserved, but if I can finish the dish before 6 o'clock, she can let me in. Since I'm alone, of course I can finish it in 1 hour even I just had my first dinner 2 hours ago.
既然吃不完三人份的,而且真的不知道何時會再來,乾脆就點個豪華點的,松級的鰻魚丼,日幣4250元,應該是這次日本行中,最貴的一餐了。
Since I may not be able to finish the unadon for three people, I order the pine class unadon for one person which costs ¥ 4,250.



茶以及醬菜,醬菜還挺多樣的。
The tea and the side dishes. It serves many different kinds of the pickles.



主角終於上桌,兩大片的鰻魚,吃得好過癮,烤得好香,好軟,淋上的醬汁不多,不會讓整碗飯或是鰻魚呈現死鹹的味道,非常棒,恰到好處地完成提味的角色,讓米飯和鰻魚都好好吃,雖然飽,還是很快就吃光光了!
The unadon. The grilled eel is very delicious and the sauce is just perfect. It provides more flavor to the eel and also for the rice. The taste is similar to the general unadon you can find every where but more delicious.


飯後來碗清湯,中和一下,真是享受~
The soup. Since the soy sauce provides strong taste for the eel and rice, it's really good to have broth to clear the flavor as an ending.
比較一下這兩天的鰻魚飯,我還是相對喜歡昨天的祢ざめ家,因為那是原味的鰻魚。
To compare the two restaurants where I tasted the unadon, I personally prefer Nezameya because I can taste the original flavor of eel more.
