[Taiwan] 台北，捷運萬芳醫院站，福勝亭日式豬排 - 興隆店 (Tonkatsu.tw)

運動過後，很容易想要多補充點蛋白質，於是就選了間肉多的餐廳，在捷運萬芳醫院站附近的福勝亭日式豬排作晚餐。
After I did some work-out at night, I wanted to eat some protein to fill me up. So I tried the Tonkatsu.tw near Metro Wanfang Hospital Station.

既然店家目前主推厚切腰內肉定食，就點了一份，另外再點個炸雞作為配菜。
Since the poster recommend the pork belly, I ordered it as the main set. And I also had the fried chicken for the side dish.

定食可選一道小菜，我選了較少機會吃到的牛蒡絲，普普。
The appetizer, burdock or called burdock wire. It's so so.

炸雞挺讓人失望的，味道普通，風格也太台式了...喪失了日本味，不建議點。
The fried chicken. It's OK, but it's the worst one compared to the other Japanese restaurants I had tried this year. I don't recommend to try it here.

定食還算豐富，小菜，甜點等等都是符合預期，厚切豬排非常好吃，非常地軟嫰，我猜，廚師的火候掌握地很好，就在豬肉剛剛好熟的時候起鍋，因此豬排肉仍帶著點鮮嫰的淡粉色，口感也才會這麼地軟，真的是超出我預期的好吃～
The set of pork belly. The pork is so~ good and so soft. You can see that the meat is still a little pink. I think it's because the chef remove the meat from the pan at the right moment. It's really delicious, over my expectation.

PS. 定食還附喝到飽的汽水，算是在台灣比較少見的福利。
PS. The set also serves free soft drinks which is also a benefit.
