某個週五晚上,在捷運中山國中站附近找到了這家居酒屋─回憶橫丁,我在這兒度過了一個愉快的夜晚,和兩位店員天南地北的聊,覺得這個晚上真是特別,男店員其實是第一天來這兒當店員,他其實是幫老闆賣清酒的業務,因為老闆不在,臨時來代班,只能說真是找對人了,和每一桌客人都能聊得上話,外場的另一位女侍也很有趣,她剛離職,正在找工作,只是在這兒打工,都不算是正式員工,但都能帶給我很好的感覺,應該說老闆太會挑人了嗎~上面的照片應該是老闆畫的日本地圖,標示出了日本有代理的日本清酒廠,因為多聊了幾句,知道了這個故事,但也因為如此,離開的時候,忘了拍店面的照片了~哈~
On a Friday night, I find a izakaya near the Zhongshan Junior High School Metro Station. It's a good night that I chat a lot with the waiter and the waitress. It's really interesting that the waiter is the first night to work there because he actually is a Sales of Sake (same boss of this izakaya). And the waitress is also a part time worker. They bring me a wonderful night and maybe drink too much, so I forget to take a photo of the izakaya, the Memory Lane Bar.
菜單,剛看到時,覺得價位有點偏高,直到店員跟我說,他們的份量基本上是抓兩到三人份在出的,就覺得差不多。
To be honest, the price is a little bit higher than I expect, which means may be higher than general price. The waiter tells that they provide each dish for 2 to 3 people to eat. I guess this is why the price is higher.
其實另外還有酒單,只是因為我一般都喝生啤酒,就沒拍了,沒想到後來有個客人跟我說,這兒的Highball很好喝(Highball算是從日本傳過來的說法,簡單講就是威士忌加汽水),再加上這位業務很自豪地說,他們家的清酒若說是台北第二,恐怕沒人敢說第一,呵,看來下次該找人來這兒喝喝其他酒~
There is another menu for wine. I didn't take the photo since I usually drink draft beer. There is a guest once join the conversation and recommend me to try highball, which means whiskey plus soft drinks in Japan. Next time I'll try.
免費的小菜,這碟泡菜對我來說有點太辣,不過清脆的白菜口感又很好吃。
The free appetizer, the kimchi. For me, it's spicy and crispy. It tastes good.
這道鱈魚肝讓我相當驚艷,很軟,很甜,再加上每一塊都超大塊,吃起來超過癮,一塊接一塊。180元。
The cod liver. It's a really good start. The cod liver is so delicious, soft and sweet. So yummy.
這是招牌菜,橫丁炒出前一丁,簡單講就是炒泡麵,我喜歡它的偏硬口感,我喜歡吃的泡麵硬度,剛好三分鐘就起鍋,口味上我覺得還好,沾了湯汁會更好吃,還算是不錯。150元。
The fried instant noodles, the chef special of it. I like the noodles, a little bit hard. This is how I like when eat instant noodles. I recommend to eat it with the sauce, Don't forget to stir it before eating, it tastes better.
天使紅蝦刺身,頭的部分炸得非常酥脆,全部可以入口;刺身部位超級好吃,新鮮,甘甜,能引發食慾的美味~180元。
The Argentine (Argentinian) red shrimp or Langostino, the scientific name is Pleoticus muelleri. The head is fried really crispy so you can directly eat it. The body is sashimi, It's fresh, sweet and luscious.
玉米筍,我覺得玉米筍算是今天比較普通的,跟一般相比,比較小隻,也比較不甜,不知玉米筍是不是也受產季影響?上網查了一下,產季是五到八月,現在已是四月底...或許就沒買到那麼甜的吧。 100元。
The corn on the cob, I guess the quality today may not be that good. It's not that sweet than I expect and also smaller.
培根干貝卷,自從幾個月前,第一次吃到培根干貝卷,發現這道美味之後,只要居酒屋有賣,我基本上都會點,培根與干貝的軟嫰,甜美,真的搭配得太棒了,再加上一些洋蔥丁稍微淡化一下,真的是人間美味,想一卷接著一卷,正好一份就是四卷,真的是大大再加分,吃得好癮!250元。
The scallop with beacon, it's something that I always order when I tried months ago. The soft taste and the sweet flavor from the beacon and scallop are so matched, so finger-licking. Because of that, it serves with 4 pieces is a BIG plus!
金槍烏賊鹽燒,烤得非常好,稍微有點軟,更多的是QQ的口感,搭配一點胡椒鹽,引出烏賊本身的甜味,滿足極了~280元。
The grilled squid. I like this so much, it's chewy and zesty.
那位清酒業務非常自豪這一杯生啤,泡泡非常的細,喝起來真的可以用「軟嫰」來形容,而且他說,這兒的容器保存得非常好,就跟剛從林口的酒廠釀出來的一樣,雖說我沒喝過剛釀出來的生啤,但我必須說,這杯生啤真的很棒,非常順口好喝,再加上氣氛影響下,這是我第一次在居酒屋點了第二杯的生啤。
The draft beer, the waiter is proud that it's like just produced from the winery in Linkou. It's sweet and soft, very easy to drink. It's so good that I have a second cup.
最後結帳金額是1,500元,所以一杯生啤應該是180元。
