[Taiwan] 台北,捷運六張犁站,岩串燒居酒屋樂利店 (Yan)

岩串燒是一間在Google Maps上拿到4.6顆星高分的居酒屋,找了個晚上來嚐嚐這兒的美食。
The Yan Izakaya gets a really high score on Google Maps, 4.6 stars, so I find a time to come here for dinner.


滿大的一份菜單,我喜歡這樣的居酒屋,會有許多的好選擇。
The menu, it provides a lot of foods.




看來岩串燒還滿有心的,在餐具上都印上了自己的招牌,感覺上應該是給顧客一個會好好經營的承諾。
The tableware has its brand name, which can give the customer more confidence that the chef plan to own this restaurant for a long time.


我猜這應該是一整套的清酒,整體搭配得很好。
I guess these are a series of sake, it's cute.


一樣叫了杯Orion生啤酒。

招待的毛豆,還OK。
The free appetizer, so so.


松阪豬炒烏龍,應該是上桌前才灑上柴魚片,柴魚片還在跳舞,視覺享受很棒,烏龍麵也很Q,很好吃。
The Yakiudon, and it's so hot that the bonito flakes (translated by Google Translates) still flies. And the noodles are chewy. It's yummy.


左邊是牛舌,烤得很嫰,灑上點鹽巴,很好吃,只是份量偏少,實在會讓人覺得不過癮;右邊培根干貝,上次在串鳥二店吃到,超好吃,在這兒一看到就決定要點,口感,口味上都很不錯,干貝鮮甜,培根很軟Q,仍吃得出豬肉味,就只可惜干貝比較小顆,相較之下,有一點點沒那麼過癮。
The left is beef tongue, it's soft and delicious. But hard to feel satisfied because it's too less.
The right is scallop with beacon. I've tried it at another izakaya and thought it's finger-licking. When I saw it on the menu, I just ordered. It's mouth-watering, really juicy. It's a little pity that the scallop is smaller than the last one, ha~


鹽烤雞肉蔥串,多汁的雞腿肉,加上烤得很香的蔥段,超級好吃,這幾乎成了我到居酒屋必點的一道料理。
The chicken thigh with scallions, this is one of my favorite foods at a izakaya. With the juicy scallions and chicken thigh, they're so matched, wonderful!


帶皮玉米筍,沾點鹽,把玉米筍的甜味帶出來,甜又多汁,這是我第一次可以一口氣吃這麼多隻,真滿足~
The corn on the cob, it's a lot. I feel so satisfied that I can eat so much.


一夜干午仔魚,這是第一次遇到,廚師幫忙把魚切成六塊,基本上只要把大骨頭弄掉,整塊直接吃,外皮酥脆,內裡的魚肉,仍然鎖著魚肉香,愛吃魚的我,覺得能夠一個人享用這麼大條魚,真是好爽~
The Threadfin(Sixfinger threadfin, translated by http://terms.naer.edu.tw/detail/1600368/) of Jack Mackerel. The chef is very kind to separate the fish to six pieces. It's crispy outside and soft inside. It's palatable.


沒想到,吃完上述料理,居然還想再吃點東西,再加點了一道明太子雞肉串,上層柔滑的明太子,吃起來帶著微甜的味道,搭配上鮮嫰,多汁的雞腿肉,很好吃,今晚有了一個很不錯的結尾,滿足!
I still want to eat something, so I order the chicken with Mentaiko for the ending. The mentaiko is creamy, and the chicken thigh is juicy. Combine them is delectable. With bear, it's a really good ending.
