[Taiwan] 台北,捷運東門站,吳留手串燒居酒屋 - 麗水店 (Wu Liu Shou)

吳留手串燒居酒屋在台北應該算是一間名店,如果不預約,其實不太容易有位子,某個週日晚上,在開店前(約下午五點五十分)就來到吳留手串燒居酒屋(麗水店)看看是否有位子,運氣不錯,還有空位,等個十分鐘就入座了。
Wu Liu Shou, it's a very famous izakaya in Taipei. Usually you may need to call to reserve the seats. On a Sunday evening, we've tried to arrive here before it opened (around 5:50 PM), it's lucky that they still have two seats.


門口就貼著菜單,老實說,價格有點偏高。
The menu. To be honest, the food here is a little bit expensive compares to the others.


櫃台前放了一些鬼太郎玩偶裝飾,還挺特別的。
The dolls, they are old comics.


算是常見的小菜,毛豆。

由於前幾天才喝到好喝的黑啤酒,這個晚上我第一次在居酒屋點黑啤─Asahi黑生啤酒,棉密的泡沫,滑順的口感,好喝~
Couple days before I came here, I just had really good black bear. So I tried Asahi black bear this night. It's good. The bubbles are smooth, and so does the bear. 


鹽燒雞心,烤得非常好,鮮嫰有嚼勁,非常好吃。
The chicken heart, it's finger-licking good. The chicken heart is something easy to be overcooked, here grilled really good, so chewy.


鹽烤松板豬,算是一般。
The grilled Matsusaka pig.


玉米筍,還算是鮮甜,只是沒有我預期的甜,不過有六隻倒是超出了我的期待。 
The corn on the cob, not as sweet as I expected, but it's a lot. There are 6 of them, usually 3 to 4.


鹽烤雞肉蔥串,這是近日我在居酒屋都會點的一道菜,或許是因為容易料理,或許雞腿肉加蔥串的組合就是那麼美味,雞腿肉甜嫰有嚼勁,加上淡淡蔥香,非常棒!
The chicken with green onion. This is the new thing I always have when eating at izakaya. 



午魚一夜乾(午魚一夜干),或許因為先風乾過,一夜乾的油脂總是很飽滿,再配合魚肉的鮮美,超級好吃的。
The ichiyaboshi of threadfin. it's juicy and scrumptious. 


牛肉炒飯,我很喜歡這樣粒粒分明,又帶著油香的炒飯,好吃。 
The fried rice with beef. It's zesty.


櫻花蝦炒高麗菜,清脆的口感,挺不錯吃的,本來這應該是最後一道料理,不過因為看到別桌的培根捲鮮干貝讓我流口水,忍不住就多點了一道。 
The fried cabbage. It's sweet and refreshing, really good. This is a good ending. But I found they have the scallop with beacon when the waiter serves other table, I just can't stop myself to order it.



培根捲鮮干貝,鮮甜的干貝,加上有著鹹香的培根,這搭配真的很完美,超讚的!
The scallop is so sweet, with the salty beacon, so fantastic. I feel satisfied when finish it.
