[Taiwan] 台北，捷運雙連站，寧夏夜市 (Ningxia Night Market)

我很少來寧夏夜市，這個晚上與朋友一起來逛才發現，原來寧夏夜市被直接分成兩部分，一部分賣食物，另一部分則是衣物及其他，今晚只逛了食物的那一半，以後有機會的話，再去另一半走走。
一開始經過賴雞蛋蚵仔煎時，發現人潮沒有那麼多，立馬決定先吃它，小等了十分鐘就可以入座，很好吃的蚵仔煎，好吃在用料實在，加上醬汁調味得好，雖然一份65元真的有點高，不過至少有七八粒的蚵仔，可以說服自己物有所值。
Ningxia Night Market is not so famous and not so big. My friend likes it, so we eat here for dinner. The first one is Lai Oyster Omelet. My friend told me it's the best one of all Ningxia Night Market. The waiting line above, it's short. So we decide to eat it first. Just about 10 minutes we can get in to eat. It is finger-licking because the sauce make me want more. And I guess there are 7 or 8 oysters which is many compares to some I had tried before.

第二家是劉芋仔，買的是蛋黃芋餅，個人不喜歡芋頭，只是小嚐了一口，酥酥脆脆，挺不錯的，只是我反而沒吃到什麼芋頭味就是了；不過，倒是覺得上面照片中的蛋黃塔超美的！
The second one is Liu Yu Zi Taro Ball. There are two different type, with egg yolk inside costs NTD 25, and without is 20. I just taste one bite, it's crispy, not bad. I like the tower of egg yolk as above, it's so beautiful.

最後來到馥陽鍋貼水餃吃鍋貼，滷豆干非常好吃，多汁，豆干吸飽了滷汁，一咬下去，香甜的滷汁就充滿整口，好棒！燙空心菜也好吃，只是覺得份量有點少，盤子有近三分之一是空的；水餃我個人覺得還好；鍋貼就很棒，重點在鍋貼皮，非常有嚼勁，彈性，好吃，的確是跟連鎖鍋貼完全不一樣，只是會因為這樣，咀嚼得有點酸，不過，上圖的十五個有點多，應該點個十個左右就好，這樣就還可以再吃下一攤了～
The last one is famous about the pot sticker. I like two things here, the bean curd and pot sticker. The bean curd is so juicy and soft. It's zesty. The pot sticker is so good because of the skin. It's really chewy and good taste.
