[Taiwan] 台北,捷運劍南路站,樂群三町炭火燒肉 (Sunmachi Inn)

從捷運劍南路走過來,大約只需五六分鐘,沿途發現,原來這一區開了不少新的餐廳,或許以後可以多來附近吃飯,來到樂群三町的這個轉角,在面對建築物的左手邊會有樓梯可以下樓。 
Face to the building, go left and you will find below instruction to go down stairs.


沿著指示下樓。 
Follow the sign and go to the basement.


看著這個造景,似乎有那麼一點不一樣。
Look at this, the style of the restaurant seems a little bit different.


進了餐廳才發現,原來是以台灣五六十年代為背景設計的懷舊風來裝潢的,與烤肉本身,倒是沒有搭不搭的問題,比較特別的,應該是男廁也是當年常見的一條溝式的小便斗,哈,現在應該真的很少見了。
It's kind of old style, like to 50's or 60's in Taiwan. I didn't take too many photos of that. I'm coming here to eat.



這裡分成589與689吃到飽兩種菜單,689的菜單多了六道食材:嫰肩菲力,紐約克牛排,松阪豬,法式羊肩排,北海道帆立貝與阿根廷天使紅蝦,老實說,實在有點不夠吸引人,觀察起來,當天大部分的客人,都是點589吃到飽,含我們。
There are two sets for all you can eat. The left hand side page is for NTD 589, and there are 6 items more on the right hand side page for NTD 689. For me, the 6 items don't attract me yesterday, so just ordered for NTD 589.


選擇589吃到飽後,會再另外拿到一張菜單,上面每道菜都有自己的編號,此時在另一張點菜單上填入想要的號碼,交給服務生後就可進行點餐了,基本上每次點餐最多可點八道菜,若想增加份量也是可以,直接在上面註明即可;女友和我總共吃了四輪,32道菜,本來兩小時的用餐時間,被我們彈性地使用到了150分鐘,悠哉地吃了很飽足的一餐。
When I made the decision, I got a new menu which has numbers for every item. Write down the number and the waiter will provide what you ordered. Each time you can order 8 items and you can adjust how much the portion you prefer. My girl and I totally have 4 rounds, which means 32 plates in about 150 minutes. It's good.


調味料,提供得不多,不過我基本上本來就少用,只用了鹽巴與檸檬汁,如果吃太多烤肉,覺得膩了,建議可以噴灑一些檸檬汁,可以改變一下口味,帶來清爽的檸檬味,就可以再多吃好幾盤,呵~
The seasonings. I only use the salt and lemon juice.


炭火烤爐,木炭都已被預熱,火力強大,一開始就全開地大吃吧!
The BBQ stove, here uses charcoal to grill the meat.



這是第一輪的七道菜,奶油金針菇,彈牙牛舌,鹽烤白蝦,上選小肥牛,霜降牛,雪花牛與季節嚴選墨魚,第八道菜則是生菜,包著肉片一起下肚,也是一個調味的好方法。 
The first round. It's easy to tell that we ordered beef tongue, shrimp and enokitake in the first photo. The 2nd one shows the beef and squid. The eight is the lettuce to eat with the beef.




第四輪的八道菜,霜降牛,牛舌,墨魚,照燒豬里肌,金針菇,又一盤霜降牛,再加上杏鮑菇與帶殼玉米筍兩樣蔬菜,中間的泡菜則是第三輪剩下來的(太鹹了點),很明顯,四輪吃下來,我們覺得最好吃的是霜降牛!
The last round. We don't have time to take photos for the 2nd and 3rd round. We tried most meat on the menu includes lamb, chicken, pork, shishamo, king trumpet mushroom and the corn on the cob. For us, the best meat is snow beef.




不止雪花美,烤起來簡單,嫰又好吃,還可以灑點鹽巴或是檸檬汁調味,口味多變,真棒!
It's not just beautiful, also so delicious. We had it for every round which means we eat 4 plates of it. It's finger-licking, just can't stop.


另外墨魚也是至少吃了三盤,與霜降牛比起來,更為嫰Q的口感,帶點大海的鹹味,風味不同,一樣好吃! 
The squid is also good. Just season some salt while it's grilled, it's fresh sweet and chewy.


當兩小時的時間到,服務生直接送上了作為甜點的烤麻糬,香香的花生粉,甜甜的滋味,軟軟地化在口中,好吃;只不過,我們還有四盤左右的東西還沒烤完,幸好時間上似乎不是那麼絕對,我們又額外地烤了約十五分鐘才吃完了所有的東西,好飽,好滿足~
The dessert, it will be provided after two hours while you had the seat. Because it only provides 2 hours for the eating. Maybe it was not so many people on that day, so we finish the dessert then keep grill thing for another 20 minutes.

另外,這兒還提供無限制地的汽水類飲料與霜淇淋,週六的晚上,還會有DJ來此接受點歌,這些都算是還可以的服務。
By the way, it has unlimited soft drinks and ice crease. And if you come on Saturday, there is a free DJ you can ask to play the music you want.

最後,我覺得這樣的食材是有符合600元的吃到飽,小缺點就是食材樣數少了點,如果有幾樣不是那麼愛吃,每一輪間就很容易重覆了,離開前,發現牆上貼了一張公告,從2017年十一月起,週末與假日的價格,要被統一成689吃到飽了,也就是說,會漲價一百元,可能C/P值就稍微比十月底的現在,降低了一點點。
As a conclusion, the food is good for all you can eat around NTD 600. But the items are a little bit less. It's really easy to keep ordering the same thing.
