[Taiwan] 台北,捷運大安站,相撲壽喜燒涮涮鍋
某個週三晚上,臨時和朋友要找餐廳,熱門的大概都排不到位子了,突然想到這間Google評價很高分的相撲壽喜燒涮涮鍋(回家一查,有4.2顆星),似乎沒那麼紅,應該不太需要等,恰好又在捷運大安站對面而已,非常方便~
One night, I came to this Sumo Shabu Shabu with my friend because it's very close to Metro Daan Station, just two minutes by walk, and there are not so many people here.
這裡主要供應三種料理,壽喜燒,涮涮鍋,炸豬排,聽說牛丼也很不錯,有點奇怪,一般好像是做不出自己的特色才會這樣什麼都賣,心情有點忐忑地嚐試了牛肉壽喜燒和相撲豬肉鍋。
The menu, it serves Shabu Shabu, Sukiyaki and Tonkatsu. It's kind of weird to provide all these three things in one restaurant in Taiwan. Usually it should be three different restaurants.
相撲豬肉鍋的醬料,由侍者主動調好,只能選要不要辣。

湯頭與菜盤,這兒僅有一種湯頭,我猜是以昆布為底的湯頭。

肉片都是現切的,感覺就會比較乾淨,好吃!

相撲豬肉,比一般豬肉要再肥美一點,非常好吃。

壽喜燒鍋的麵條與生雞蛋,麵條在所有東西都吃完後再下鍋煮,帶著微甜的醬汁香,很好吃。

滿滿的一鍋,雖然下層都是大白菜,不過那就是湯汁的來源,僅管給它大火煮下去!
The Sukiyaki. It's full of napa cabbage in the button which the soup comes from. Just turn on the fire and cook.
煮開之後,就可以放更多的白菜,或是開始大口吃肉啦!
When you see the soup like this, you may add more napa cabbage to have more soup and start to cook the meat for eating.
漂亮的牛肉片,煮個五分熟,超好吃~
The beef, the fat is beautiful. Just cook it with medium rare, delicious.
今晚的甜點,白木耳湯(銀耳湯)。
The dessert, it's tremella fuciformis.
