[Japan] 神奈川,箱根強羅,お食事処大和 (Daiwa)





來到強羅,大部分遊客遊客待的時間都不長,基本上大概只會去逛兩個地方,第一個是《銀豆腐》,顧名思義,這兒以「豆腐」出名,而且還幾乎只賣豆腐,一份日幣210元,算是最標準的日本職人,只專心做好一件事;它的豆腐,滑嫰香Q,幾乎沒有味道,附了一瓶醬油,建議不要加太多,畢竟在台灣,我們其實並不習慣吃鹹的豆腐,若加太多,或許反而會吃不習慣。
The Gindoufu is a place that almost every blogger will share while visiting Gōra. The small store only focus on doing one thing, making tofu. I think this store is a good example as a Japanese craftsman, or called it shokunin. Only focus on one thing in all his career to make it ultimate. The tofu is soft and juicy, taste so good. Remember, don't put too much soy sauce on it since we, as a Taiwanese, didn't have a chance to eat the tofu so salty.


吃完銀豆腐,本來預計要吃有名的田村銀勝亭豬排,可惜排隊的人實在太多,肚子又太餓,不想要一個多小時後再吃午餐,就走回強羅車站附近尋找替代方案。
There is another famous restaurant which serves katsudon. We arrived there around 12:30 and need to wait more than one hour to eat. That's too much and we're already starving, so we back to Gōra Station and try to find something else to eat.




在車站附近逛了逛,找到家裝潢得很日式(或者該說很傳統?)的餐廳,お食事処大和。看菜單,也有供應豬排丼,就點了一碗來嚐嚐。
We found one called Daiwa near the station, it also serves katsudon. So I tried it here.







這家的豬排丼,老實說看起來沒有那麼美味,不過吃起來還不錯,厚厚的豬肉排,香Q的米飯,再帶點蛋汁與醬汁的甜,挺好吃的,配菜部分,最好吃的是豆腐,我覺得很像是從銀豆腐買來的豆腐,有一樣的口感與味道。
The katsudon is good with the thick pork cutlet. Although the egg is almost well done, the katsudon is really yummy with the good pork cutlet and the rice. And the tofu is good too, I guess it might also made by Gindoufu. They tastes so similar.



女朋友另外點了海老天婦羅蕎麥麵,也都很有水準,薄薄的炸物麵衣,鎖住食材的水份,都能吃得到食材本身的香甜,QQ的蕎麥麵搭配醬汁,都很好吃。
My girl friend wanted to try something else, so she ordered the tempura soba. They both are tasty.

整體來說,お食事処大和是間有水準的餐廳,或許還及不上所謂的排隊名店,但如果想要節省點時間,倒是可以將其列為選擇。
In general, the Daiwa is a good restaurant as good quality on its food. Although it may not be so famous, if you don't want to line for hours to wait for the most popular one, you can try this.
