[Japan] 東京，東京都廳大樓 (Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building)

東京作為一個大都市，晚上有不少地點可以欣賞美麗的東京夜景，以前曾經去過六本木之丘的森大樓以及有名的東京鐵塔，上述兩個地點都是要收費的，這個晚上則是來到位於新宿的東京都廳大樓。
There are several places to see the night view of Tokyo. Tonight, we went to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building because it's free and it's at Shinjuku where we stayed for two nights.

這兒賞夜景的地點分為南北兩個展望室，據說南展望室的景觀較佳，在天氣好的時候，還可以看到富士山，可惜是只開放到下午五點半，除非北展望室休息；離開吉卜力美術館時都已六點了，自然是趕不上南展望室的開放時間，我們便上北展望室觀賞夜景，這兒的優點是免費，小缺點是沒有戶外空間，想拍照就要透過玻璃，只能各憑本事，想辦法消除反光，另一點則是這兒禁止使用腳架，還好是室內有不少平台可以擺放相機，也算是一種補償吧！北展望室開放到晚上十一點，不過在十點半時就會禁止入場了喔！
It has two observatories, the North and South. I heard that the south one has better view, if the weather is good, you may see the Mt. Fuji, but it only opened until 5:30 PM. Maybe I will go next time. This time, we went to the north observatory to take above photos. It's a little pity that it's not an open space and you cannot use the tripod. The north observatory is opened to really late, it closed at 11:00 PM, but the entrance will be closed 30 minutes before.
